Forever Twilight in Forks Festival Author Signing Event

Applications being accepted for 2027 Author Signing Event
Friday, September 10, 2027*
*Subject to change within 4 day event.
Festival Dates September 9-12, 2027

Welcome to our Author Signing Event Information and Application! This will be our 7th annual Author Signing Event. We want to keep the event small, intimate and provide festival attendees time with each author. We would like to select 8-10 authors for this year’s 2027 event. It’s been an honor to host Stephenie Meyer, Tracy Wolf, Anna Todd, Ali Novak, Jeaniene Frost and Melissa Marr as Special Guest Authors at past festivals. Most authors selected have been inspired by the twilight saga and author Stephenie Meyer. Each year, most participating featured authors sell out of their inventory of various genres, such as paranormal, fantasy and romance.

If you are interested in being a featured author at FTF Festival’s Author Signing Event at Forks, Washington, please complete the Author Application. All application submissions are due by January 15, 2027 and all invited authors must be confirmed by March 1, 2027. Completing the application does not guarantee anyone a spot at the author event. A committee will review the applications to select authors appropriate to festival and to assure our festival attendees a line-up of authors that fit the genres they love. This will be reviewed on a first come, first serve basis.

What is Forever Twilight in Forks Festival?

Forks, Washington is the home of author Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight Saga. Each year, to celebrate Twilight, the Forks Chamber hosts a festival in September that attracts Twilight fans from all over the world. Fans experience the breathtaking setting of Meyer’s novels for an incredible few days in the Olympic Peninsula attending twilight inspired events from many FREE events such as hikes, vendor bazaar, author signing, auctions, parties and more to paid events such as dinners, gala, luncheon, actor autograph signing, actor panel and more!

Why Participate as an author at Forever Twilight in Forks Festival?

As a featured author…

You will experience the friendly, magical town of Forks and the amazing beauty of the Quileute Reservation’s lush green forests and scenic beaches. These two settings are near the Olympic National Park & Forest, home to the Hoh Rainforest, gorgeous beaches, rivers, lakes, trails, waterfalls and more.
You will attend the festival, have access to all free events and be immersed in the twilight setting.
There is no charge to you to attend the Author Signing Event. You must have published hard copies of your work/works. You will sell and sign copies of your literary works and keep 100% of your sales.
The Author Event is free to all, so you will have access to more than just the VIT (Very Important Twilighter) festival goers that purchase tickets for special festival events.
Transportation and accommodations are not included. VIT tickets must be purchased separately. 2027 ticket sales will go live October 22, 2026 and will be available for purchase at the Online Store. A VIT ticket is not needed to be a featured author. Individual party tickets may also be purchased. For ticket information, go to the Online Store.
You will receive a complimentary 6 ft banquet table, 2 chairs and table tent card with your name.
You will receive an Author Spotlight Post – each author will be introduced separately on the festival’s private Facebook group page and in groups on the community page as a featured author for the festival. All Spotlights will be compiled into a 2027 Author Album to be viewed on the private page as well.
Once all authors are announced and leading up to festival 2027, you will be able to promote your work/works, take pre-sale orders and sell to those that can’t attend festival on the private Facebook group page.
