$100 per space daily (paid in advance only). Includes one 6′ table and two chairs.

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE WIFI ACCESS. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HOTSPOT.

We will assign your space the day of the event.

10′ X 10′ Outside Spaces are not limited:

$50 per space daily in advance (paid August 31, 2026), and $75 daily on the day of the event.
Forks Non-profits and neighboring tribal vendor fees are waived.

Food Trucks and Caterer vendor fees are waived. Please contact us regarding electricity needs.

You must supply your own table(s), chair(s), and pop-up tent(s).
Only registered vendors are allowed to set up. Set up will be in designated areas only.
We will assign your space the day of the event.

    TABLE/CHAIR RENTAL:
    • Please contact Rebecca in advance at Jerry’s Small Engine Repair & Rentals, 1051 S. Forks Ave., 360-374-2677 for information about renting tables and chairs.
    • Jerry’s will not provide any pop-up tents.
    • FTF is not providing tables, chairs, or pop-up tents for outside use.

    PAYMENTS

    • We accept checks. Please mail to Forks Chamber of Commerce, PO Box 1249, Forks, WA 98331 and include a copy of this form.
    • You may pay online using FTF Bucks (will include a PayPal fee). For access to paying online, please email Bazaar@ForksWA.com for link and password. Please include the order number on this form.
    • Your space is not guaranteed until we receive your payment.

    DISCLAIMER / AGREEMENT:

    • Full payment is required to reserve your space(s) at the FTF Grand Bazaar. Payments are non-refundable.
    • This agreement MUST be signed and returned with payment or FTF Bucks by August 31st. Some spaces are limited and may fill up prior to August 31st.
    • All vendors will have one hour to clean up at the end of each day.
    • Please do not leave your table(s) unattended at any time.
    • Food vendors must comply with Clallam County Health Codes.
    • We do not provide electricity to vendor spaces unless arranged with us in advance.
    • All vendors are responsible for their own products. Festival staff/organizers will not be held responsible for any broken/stolen/misplaced items during the bazaar(s).
    • Set up is at your own risk. We recommend planning for wind and rain.
    • If you are selling items unlawfully that fall under another person’s/company’s copyright/intellectual property, you may be asked to cease selling these products and forfeit the vendor fees paid to Forever Twilight in Forks Festival. All decisions made by FTF organizers are final.
