All ages welcome. Those under 18 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian.
All special guests are announced when confirmed, and all contracts include clauses allowing them to cancel if they get film and/or television work. In the rare case of a cancellation we always try to do our best to replace special guests. We cannot refund tickets based on special guest cancellation.
Outside of the Autograph/Photograph Events, photos and selfies with special guests are at their discretion.
Autographs by special guests are only allowed at Autograph/Photograph Event or events designated as such.
Cast members are here for our enjoyment but please remember to respect their personal space.
Our security team may remove you from the event and void your ticket, with no refund, if you harass attendees, actors, cast members, special guests, festival staff, or volunteers.
Dogs and other animals/pets are not allowed at any event where food is served, at any indoor event, including Forks High School. And outdoor events at Fern Acres, and Second Beach or Rialto Beach to Hole in the Wall. If you have a service animal, please be advised that you are responsible for the animal’s behavior and per the Washington State Human Rights Commission’s guidelines “if an animal exhibits disruptive, poor or unsanitary behavior, it would not be considered a trained service animal, and can be removed.” Please note that this requirement applies to outdoor events where food is being served or is available.
Our events and venues are smoke-free environments, which includes the use of e-cigarettes.
Must have ID at events to purchase and/or consume alcohol.
We strive to present all events on the festival schedule, but some may be subject to change or cancellation due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, including hazardous air quality.
Our policy does not allow refunds on tickets once purchased.
Tickets can be transferred to a third party, through the Forks Chamber of Commerce only. The deadline for ticket transfers is July 31, 2025.

Due to tickets going on sale early, we are putting 50 VIT Tickets in the online on 9-17 and 50 VIT Tickets in the online store on 9-24. We will put the remaining 250 tickets in the store on October 1st.

Tickets will be $600 through December 31, 2024. Prices may go up on January 1, 2025.

All ages are welcome. Includes one glass of wine at the Bella Italia Dinner for those 21 and over, VIT Commemorative Pin, professional printed photos from the Autograph/Photograph event (one per special guest), and downloads for the two group photos for one very nice price of $600.00 through December 31, 2024. Prices may increase on January 1, 2025. Valid ID required for alcohol. Both parties will have a cash bar.

Only a limited number of VIT Tickets are available while supplies last. Group photos include download code that will be sent after the event. VIT Tickets and Commemorative Pins will be available for pickup on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at 9am at the Forks Visitor Information Center. Must have photo ID that matches invoice when picking up. Other pickup times are listed on the schedule. Every person receiving a VIT Ticket must be present at ticket pickup. Nothing will be shipped before or after our event.

PLEASE NOTE:
Your Autograph/Photograph group and meal times are determined by when your ticket is purchased. If your group wants to be together please purchase your tickets close together.

We will not have a waiting list for tickets. If you are looking to purchase tickets that are being resold, please see our FB Group. Tickets are only transferable through July 31, 2025.

AUTOGRAPH/PHOTOGRAPH & MEAL INFORMATION

We will have two Autograph/Photograph (A/P) sessions to choose from when you are purchasing your ticket. If you choose Friday you will also have the early breakfast and early dinner on Friday. If you choose Saturday you will have the late breakfast and late dinner on Friday.
Your A/P time slot will be based on when your ticket is purchased. We recommend coordinating with those in your group to make sure your tickets are purchased in close proximity.
If your group buys all on one order, you will be guaranteed to be together.
At the A/P event, there will be approximately fifty people per group.
If you choose Friday, you will be in groups A – D, early breakfast, and early dinner. Please arrive with your complete party to the meals.
If you choose Saturday, you will be in groups E – H, late breakfast, and late dinner. Please arrive with your complete party to the meals.
Each VIT ticket holder will get one item signed and a professional photo with each Twilight Saga Special Guest. You will receive one professionally printed photo with each special guest after A/P event closes.
Due to the limited amount of time for this event – we will not allow any personal photos, videos, phone calls, Snapchats, lives, or any other interaction with the special guests outside of the autograph and photograph. Failure to adhere to these rules could result in being removed from the line and the forfeiture of remaining guest autograph and photograph opportunities.
Our guests reserve the right to NOT sign any item found to be questionable.

TICKETS

Transfers of VIT Tickets from the original purchaser to a third party can only be processed through Forks Chamber of Commerce. The deadline for transfers is July 31, 2025.
Transfers do not include original assigned A/P Event time.
Tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets cannot be converted to a ticket credit for a future event.
Nothing will be shipped before or after the event.
