The Legal Stuff
You must have a Washington State issued marriage license. These can be obtained from county auditors offices. Our county auditor’s office is in nearby Port Angeles. No appointment is necessary. Applicants do not have to be residents of the State of Washington to obtain a marriage license. The license is valid for weddings that are performed within the State of Washington.
